Object 1 reports strong sales growth in H1 2025
Object 1 reported growth in the first half of 2025, with sales value increasing by 188% and sales volume by 157% compared with the same period in 2024. The figures were reported in the company’s half-year release, which cited Dubai Land Department data.
At the reporting date, the company’s development pipeline exceeded 4.5 million square feet across more than 294 floors, with 16 active projects on sale. Object 1 also reported more than 1,433 units sold since its launch.
Project activity covered several Dubai communities. In JVC, the portfolio included V1TER, 1WOOD, Ozone1, THE F1FTH and ALTA V1EW. In JVT, the company’s developments included W1NNER, LUM1NAR Towers, V1VID and ESSENL1FE.
The release also highlighted EVERGR1N House in Jumeirah Garden City and V1STARA House in Al Furjan. Additional activity in Dubai Sports City and Dubai Land Residence Complex broadened the company’s geographical coverage.
Alongside project launches, Object 1 outlined plans to open its first sales gallery in Abu Dhabi. The expansion was presented as a way to reach new audiences while extending the company’s focus on residential design and community life.
Commenting on the results, CEO Tatiana Tonu highlighted demand for homes that combine design with practical long-term use. The half-year update brought together sales performance, portfolio growth and the company’s next stage of expansion.
