Object 1 launches ELAR1S Sky and ELAR1S Rise in JVT

Object 1 has launched ELAR1S Sky and ELAR1S Rise in District 3 of Jumeirah Village Triangle. The two developments were unveiled at a gala dinner at Atlantis The Royal, hosted by radio and media personality Kris Fade and attended by brokers and real estate professionals.

ELAR1S Sky is planned as a 43-floor development with 402 residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. ELAR1S Rise will provide a further 198 residences, alongside retail and office spaces, across 24 floors. Together, the projects introduce 600 residences to JVT.

The developments take inspiration from air, light and life, with a design approach that brings living, working and shared spaces into the community. The mix of homes and supporting uses is intended to serve both residents and everyday neighbourhood activity.

Planned amenities include infinity pools, landscaped gardens, clubhouses, gyms, outdoor fitness areas, children’s play spaces and outdoor lounges. Integrated smart-home systems form part of the residential offering.

Object 1 CEO Tatiana Tonu described the launch as a combination of design, lifestyle and long-term residential value. The projects extend the company’s portfolio in Jumeirah Village Triangle, an established part of its Dubai development activity.

At launch, handover for both ELAR1S Sky and ELAR1S Rise was anticipated in 2028. The pair adds two residential developments to Object 1’s pipeline in JVT.
